我們蒐集的資訊

聯絡與詢問資訊。 當您提交詢問表單時，我們會記錄您填寫的內容：姓名與電子郵件地址（必填），以及——若您提供——公司、電話號碼、詢問的零件或製程、數量與您的留言。

技術資訊。 隨表單一併記錄的技術背景資訊，協助我們了解詢問的來源與回覆方式：您到達的頁面、引薦網站、該工作階段中瀏覽的頁面、工作階段持續時間、是否切換語言、您使用的瀏覽器、作業系統、裝置類型、時區與瀏覽器語言，以及 URL 中出現的任何廣告點擊識別碼。

Delivery providers. The form is delivered through Cloudflare, which also gives us the country, region, city and time zone derived from your connection. We use a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to keep automated submissions out, and the notification email is sent through Cloudflare Email Sending.

Google API 服務

CNC Machining Hub 可能使用 Google API（包括 Google Ads API）擷取關鍵字研究與廣告相關資料，用於市場研究與網站內容規劃——例如了解買家搜尋哪些加工主題、使用哪些字詞，使發布的技術指南能回答實際被問到的問題。

我們如何分享資訊

Contact-form submissions are emailed to our sales inbox through Cloudflare Email Sending. We do not keep a copy in a website database. Cloudflare provides hosting, form handling, Turnstile and email delivery. After delivery, retention follows the sales mailbox policy.

我們不出售或出租個人資訊，也不與廣告主分享。

您的圖面與模型視為機密。我們不公開客戶檔案，也不與其他買家分享。當生產環節需要委外製程時，檔案僅在生產與檢驗所需的最小範圍內分享。

Cookie 與分析

我們不在本網站執行廣告指令碼。但網站會載入 Cloudflare Web Analytics——一項無 Cookie 的分析功能，為網站所有者記錄聚合的頁面瀏覽量；它不設定 Cookie，也不識別個別訪客。但有兩項資料會儲存在您的瀏覽器中：

Cloudflare Turnstile 驗證可能設定嚴必要（strictly necessary）Cookie，使驗證程序能確認您的提交。

Your browser session storage may temporarily hold form fields and a submission token while you use the form. They are removed when you close the tab.

• 我們不設定任何廣告或分析 Cookie。
• 不載入任何第三方追蹤像素。

資料保留

We do not store inquiries in a website database. The notification email may remain in our sales mailbox and is handled under our email-retention practices. Business transaction records may be retained as required by law.

資料安全

The website is served over HTTPS and Turnstile checks form submissions. Access to the sales mailbox is limited to personnel who handle inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We are based in China and our processors operate global infrastructure, so information you send may be processed in China and in other countries where Cloudflare operates. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards our processors offer — such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — together with the measures described in this policy.
